Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Freight Brokers to join our fast-growing logistics team. This is a remote, commission-only position. Shippers and loads will be provided. Earn 45% commission on each load you successfully broker. You will be a part of a team of up to 10 people with a manager to assist you with confirming and dispatching your loads.
Key Responsibilities:
– Negotiate, and secure contracts with carriers
– Coordinate and monitor the movement of freight
– Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies
– Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in freight brokering or dispatching
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently
– Tech-savvy; experience with RoseRocket is a plus
Compensation:
– 45% Commission on each load (Up to $85,000/year)
